Two were arrested thanks to evidence from a security camera the pair are charged with stealing. The Alva Police Department arrested Timothy Allen Bradley, 21 and Melody Ann Hendrickson, 20, both of Alva, on felony charges of grand larceny and possession of stolen property.

Now just recently in Philadelphia a 21 year old student was arrested on his property after he took a photo of the police who were in the process of arresting a drug dealer down the street."
